Digimon Survive Is Getting Review Bombed For Being A Visual Novel

Players have been review bombing Digimon Survive because the game happens to be a visual novel. People were apparently expecting something else. In any case, there have been some people shooting back at this growing trend, rallying against the smear campaign. “The 0/10 spammers need to be corrected because it’s complete bull and the game is awesome, seen someone copy/ paste his same review on every platform. F the haters,” someone going by Troovtnaz for example posted on the Xbox One user reviews page.

Bella Ramsey Says HBO’s The Last Of Us Is “Very Respectful Of The Game”

Fans of the franchise have been concerned about HBO’s The Last of Us, worrying that it could stray a bit too far from the source material. The latest development is that Bella Ramsey has given the show a strong endorsement. “I think people are going to love it. It very much follows the emotional beats of the game and it’s very respectful of the game and honors the game,” she said. “It explores different avenues that weren’t explored so much in the game. I do think people are going to love it. I hope they do. It was so much fun to make, such an experience.”

Long Dormant Evolve Servers Mysteriously Come Back Online

Evolve Stage 2 went offline years ago, but for some strange reason, the servers are now back up and running. Nobody has any idea why. “The servers are in fact back on for Evolve Stage 2,” Pinocchioh from the Evolve Reunited 2.0 Discord server noted. “I have played it myself with multiple of my server members. This has not been possible since 2018.” Pinocchioh went on to say that “it’s not fully back in terms of store or ranked matchmaking, but we are able to search and host games once again.” Sounds like a big win for the small community.

Destiny 2 Disables Text Chat For Game-Breaking Exploit

The developer behind Destiny 2, Bungie, recently had to disable text chat in the game on account of a game breaking bug. Players were apparently experiencing very poor stability resulting in crashes. “We have temporarily disabled text chat on all platforms in Destiny 2 while we investigate an issue causing Weasel errors,” the company said. “Stay tuned for updates.” Bit of an odd one there.

Pro Players Abandon Brawlhalla As Community Descends Further Into Chaos

Pro players have been jumping ship on Brawlhalla, making the move to MultiVersus. The causes are apparently multiple and the community is highly divided. “Brawlhalla is slowly killing their own game,” pro player Cosolix pointed out. “You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.” Cosolix went on to describe how the “invite system is broken after updating my game. Same issue is happening to Rexehh,” another pro player. All good things come to an end, I suppose.
