This guide will tell you how to Play Diablo Immortal on M1 Mac. First, you have to download the virtual box on your mac and then create a virtual machine after installation on your mac. Then you have to set up a virtual machine on your Windows 10 and download battle.net. After this, you can install Diablo Immortal on your Mac and you can play it.
1. Downloading/Installation Of Virtual Box
First of all, you have to download the virtual box on your Mac book from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads. Open the link and it will take you to the download section of the oracle virtual box where you have to download the “OS X host” package. Once the download finishes, you need to go to your download folder and now install this downloaded virtual box file.
2. Creation Of Virtual Machine
Once the installation process finishes, you have to launch the virtual box but before using this, make sure that you have downloaded the Windows 10 iso file. You just have to search for this on your browser and download it from there. After this, go back to the virtual box, and click on New. Now you have to give a name to your new virtual machine, then select your system type and version. You can select any Windows version next to Windows7.
After that, click on Continue and select the amount of your Ram you want to give to this virtual machine. Then again click on Continue and tap on create the virtual machine. After this, you have to select your hard disk file type, then select the third option from the list and click on Continue.
Now select the dynamically allocated storage on the physical hard drive. You need to give the amount of storage you want to give to this virtual machine. After this click on create, now you have created your virtual machine.
3. Settings Of Virtual Machine For Windows 10
First, you have to click on settings in your virtual machine and go to the System tab at the top of your screen. You have to make sure that the chipset is set to PIIX3 and in the extended features list, you have to select Enable I/O Apic.
After this, click on the Display and make sure that the graphic controller is set to “Vbox SVGA” and enable 3D acceleration is check-marked. Set the Video memory to the max and then click on OK.
Now you have to click on start at the top of your screen. A new window will pop up and you need to select the Windows 10 iso file which you downloaded earlier. After this click on Start and complete the Windows installation.
4. Windows Settings
Once Windows 10 is installed and ready to use, then you can install Valorant. You need to go to display settings; right-click on your desktop, select display settings, and change your display resolution. You have to set it according to your monitor’s native resolution.
5. Download Battle.net Launcher
First of all, you have to download the battle.net launcher. For this, you need to open up the following linkhttps://battle.net, it will take you to the official site battle.net. After reaching this website, you have to click on the download button on the top right of your screen. It will take you to the downloader, you need to allow the download by clicking on the allow button.
6. Install Battle.net
After that, go to finder and click on the downloads folder. Then you have to double-click on the battle.net setup file, and it will ask permission to open it. Click on allow and then select the language, it will ask you where you want to install this. After that, click on Continue and it will start installing the battle.net launcher.
Once the installation finishes, you have to log in with your username and password. If you don’t have an account, then you can click on create an account or you can sign in using your Gmail or Facebook account.
7. Game Installation
When you open up battle.net for the first time, it will start scanning for the games. You can simply press the close button to stop it and then click on Continue. On the main menu of the launcher, you will find all of the games you can download and play. Go to the shop section and you can buy many different games there but be aware only some of these are available on the Mac. So make sure that you check before downloading or purchasing the game.
Now you have to go to the all games section and find Diablo Immortal. Click on it and press the install button on the bottom left side of your screen. Its location is set to the Applications folder by default so you don’t need to change it. And you have to make sure that you have 24.31 GB of free storage then you will be able to install this. Now you have to click on the start install button. You have to wait for some time because this installation process will take time which completely depends on your internet speed.
Once the installation is complete, you have to click on the play button to start the game. After that, log in through your account to get your characters and if you don’t have an account then you have to start a new journey. After this, you have to go to settings and click on the Graphics tab on the left of your screen. Set the frame rate to 60 and Quality selection to Custom. Visual effects should be set to low.
